I was honored to work with M. Aboa. He was my Supervisor and Manager while working with the United Nations. Shad is as pragmatic, visionary and able to multitask with ease, yet a true Manager who knew when and how to delegate projects to each trainer based on strength and skills.

Shad is very friendly in his coaching approach. He is an experienced Information Technology professional with international recognition and proven experience. I enjoyed working with him and appreciated every moment we spent on implementing respective project within the organizarion and outside.

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Shad on two major projects in the area of Education and Information Technology. Setup the first Microsoft Imagine Academy Training Center for Peacekeeping Mission. In the UN mission in cote d’ivoire, we had a very fruitful collaboration to successfully implement the accreditation of MIA center for the benefit of staff.
